Hi i have used Antenna before to create a basic website, im a total novice but trying to learn. i have built a website using Antenna, but trying to load it has left me pulling out my hair. Im hosting with Ionos but my domain is registered with Go Daddy, i cannot not get Antenna to upload my web page it keeps telling me that my host login details are wrong, but i have checked they are loaded correctly. your thoughts would be very gratefully received.

Try going into your website's location by using an FTP program (for example a free version of FileZilla). Use the login details given for your website by GoDaddy, such as Host name, User name, Password etc. That gives you the opportunity to check the settings. Even without having published your website, you should be seeing some folders in your site's location, such as httpdocs, logs, error_docs. If you can't get into the site, then you are indeed using the wrong information and will need to dive into the emails you received from GoDaddy with your site's FTP information.
Hope this helps,
Loes

Failing what Loes has said then check with GoDaddy in case they have something setup wrong. I use 1-and-1/Ionos myself and there log in is a bit complicated and GoDaddy may have something wrong.
I hope you succeed.

GoDaddy is a little strangeThe user name is very weird. Mine is a bunch of letters, and numbers, didn’t make any sense, but they don’t let you change, or pick one that you used to sign up.They automatically generated one for you, so Check that under my account on Godaddy.. Also the ftp name don’t use the ftp.website.com just drop the ftp. Michael
