My pc crashed and I dont have a backup, something happened with my onedrive backup. Can I use my published website to bring my site back into Antenna. I have the uploaded finished file, can I regurgitate the finished site backwards into Antenna? I hope!!! Thanks in advance!

Hi Lesley give this a go 1. Open Antenna 2. Hold down Control + Shift on keyboard and click on site on the menu 3. Now you see backups in your list and you just select the site you want and its all there

When your PC crashed, then it took the automatically created backups with it. So your only option will be to bring everything back using the SafetyClip that is published every time you publish your website (unless you have disabled the SafetyClip option).
Follow the steps described in the Antenna User Guide page 137:
QUOTE If your computer falls off a cliff, or the only copy of your project is unexpectedly eaten by your pet alligator, SafetyClip has you covered. Just download your SafetyClip, and Antenna will recover your project as it was when you last published it. • To work, the SafetyClip option must always be enabled whenever you publish.
Recovering a project using SafetyClip... ======================================== • Use any standard FTP software to download your entire website into a folder on your hard drive. Be sure to download all pictures, media, and of course the SafetyClip file itself. • Start Antenna, select Open... from the Site menu, and open the SafetyClip file you just downloaded. • Sit back while Antenna rebuilds your project, then save and test it to make sure everything is OK. UNQUOTE
Hope this helps,

How do I know if my safetyclip is enabled?

Upload Safety Clip is automatically enabled - by default.
If you would have disabled it, you would know it! You would have done the following: Button Publish > tab Setup > button Options > untick the box "Upload Safety Clip".
My guess is that you did not do that, so you should be able to take the steps described above to restore your website.

Another method. If you haven't got safeclip.atr, is to use filezilla client. If you haven't used filezilla before then to set it up you would need to click on file/site manager and fill in the necessary information to access your site. Once you have filled in the information click on the connect and it should show all the files and directories on your website in the right hand bottom panel. What I then did, before I knew about safeclip, was to highlight all the files and directories in the bottom panel and copy them into a separate directory on my computer I then imported them as needed into a new project in antenna.
If you haven't got safeclip, this should get you back up and running.

Thank you all for your tips. I have searched all my ftp uploads, as I have those, but I am not seeing the .atr file. I have all the files from my finished site, ftp files, because that is how I upload, but I do not have the actual antenna file.

Okay, I think I can see what you are doing. You are exporting the files to a directory on your computer and then using an FTP program to transmit the files to your website. This will not give you a safeclip file in your website.
I do wonder why you are not using antenna's own publishing system. The publisher is the third icon on the taskbar. The one that looks like a globe. That will load the safeclip for you.
Just in case you have never used antenna's own publisher. If you click on the publisher icon and in the resulting panel, click on the setup tab and fill in your details which should be very similar to the FTP uploader that you are using. Make sure all the options under the option button are ticked this includes the safeclip. Once you have done that, click on the publish tab. That should publish your website including the safeclip.
If you haven't already rebuilt your website in antenna then in the right-hand bottom panel do a right mouse click on the website, come down to import into. In the resulting panel go to the directory where you have stored your exported files to and import all the files back into antenna. This will bring you back to the condition when you last exported your files.
Hopefully this will get you back to normal

Okay Lesley,
When you first open antenna on the left-hand side you have two tabs, "properties, layers." You may also have two further tabs "files, styles". If these are not on the left-hand side, like mine they will be on the right hand side. Then under the files tab in the bottom panel you should have a heading called web site and a heading called core. If you right click on the heading web site and come down to the "import into" this should open a directory listing for you to find your files that you have saved on your system and as I said you would then be able to import your files into antenna and hopefully be back to normal.
To put the files into any directories that you might have instead of the base directory "web site", then do a right mouse click on the directory that you want, then you should be able to import the files into that directory. Hopefully this bit doesn't confuse you.
Hopefully I have explained myself better. Prem
