Hi
A friend has asked me to develop a website for him that, once created, he can manage using Wordpress. If I put it together using my Antenna program, will I be able to export it into a Wordpress site? I have never used anything but Antenna over the years and have no underlying understanding of html or anything else involved with writing code or developing a website other than Antenna...
Thanks

You can create the website in Antenna. Edit and finish to perfection in Antenna. Using Windows File Explorer create a new folder to hold all of the website. In Antenna choose menu Site > Export, navigate to the folder you just made and click on Export. All files, HTML pages and images are now in the right structure inside that folder. That folder is everything your friend will need to import the site into Wordpress. See tips and instructions in page websitesetup.org/html-to-wordpress/Your friend will then have to maintain everything in WordPress (you cannot go back easily in Antenna), so he will need WordPress knowledge. If he still has to learn WordPress then maybe you can convince him to learn Antenna instead Hope this helps, Loes Did a google search and found some additional tips:
* How To Import HTML Content To WordPress From Your Old Site 1. Files Settings. Directory to import – Enter the absolute url of the directory you wish to import here. ... 2. Content Settings. Select content by – Select either HTML tag or Dreamweaver. ... 3. Title Settings. Select title by – HTML tag or Dreamweaver template region. ... 4. Meta Data Settings. Import files as – Posts, Pages or Products.
