I assume your talking about bookmarks on the same page here?
Not sure why you would want to slow it down but you could try Antenna's slide to feature it does work well. It is on page 112 of the user guide found under the help menu.

It's like this. I have an internal hyperlink and one is at 1px and the other at 1000px. And then when I click on the 1st one that is linked to the second one. It moves to 1000px in an instant. I wonder if there was any way to slow down that o.o Maybe within a few seconds go to 1000px. And when I try to use the slide one. It doesn't work o.o

you could try opening the 2nd link in an iframe and see if you can slow it down.
Do you have a sample we can look at I am still a bit confused what you are trying to do

another thing to try is possibly the fadeto option and have the 2nd hyperlink fade in a few seconds later

I am trying to slide one whole layer, but it's not working. here are some of the event codes I tried
[#layer 1].style.top='1000px'; [#layer 1].style.left='1000px'; slideTo([#layer 1],1000,1000,1);

I think to do it you will want the slidto function to slide in aniframe that has a negative value so it is off the screen and then the iframe is linked to another page that contains the content you want displayed So when the link is clicked it will slide into place where you want it.

Thanks a lot Graham, I tried that but I think my idea is way too complicated so x) And thanks a lot for those too Frank. Now I just need to know how to hyperlink images. Cause it's only the texts that could be hyperlinked from what I know o.o

Show us the link when you have it up to totally understand what you are trying to do... because I think the dynamicdrive link might actually work with images..I'm not sure.

beta.scutfoundation.com/There I have uploaded. I want to hyperlink students to students and updates to updates. Like that. And don't mind the slow loading, I will put a preloader once I am fully done x) This is just for testing now and you can use the arrow keys to navigate cause I have used a javascript to disable the scrollbars since I want it to work sideways

I'm really lost on this one sorry.
You have the image on the left I get that but you have the same thing on the right I'm not sure what you would achieve by linking the 2 together unless the one on the right is actually a hidden area and when you click the main subject image (on left) it shows whats on the right side.
If thats the case just make it slide in a hidden iframe that is linked to the subjects page, its dead simple with Antenna events and you can control the speed it slides in at
