Can I create a a button from button Lab and then make a drop-down Menu out of it just like one of your example? This way, I can create a sharp drop-down menu out of your graphical buttons. ( Sorry , I am new to this product and just practsing....)
Thanks Alex

Hi Mig2000,
Yes, I've just tried this using a RollPicture control for the button, and a Text Box for the menu itself. This means you can create fairly sophisticated drop down menus in Antenna. The technique is slightly different to the one used for the simple menu in the Tutorials forum. Here the open menu is placed on it's own layer, and the layer visibility is toggled to show and hide the menu. Here's a quick guide (try this on a new clean page first!) :
1. Add a Text Box to Layer 1 - this will be your open menu. Type in the menu items as usual and link them to other pages if you wish. Leave a couple of empty lines at the top of the Text Box - enough room for the button to sit.
2. Add the following Events to the Text Box:
On-mouseout: %[layer_1]%.visibility='hidden' On-mouseover: %[layer_1]%.visibility='visible'
3. Add a new Standard layer to the page (Layer 2). This layer must be above Layer 1. Add your button (either a Picture Frame or a RollPicture control) to Layer 2 so that it displays your button graphic. Position it at the top of the Text Box - it must overlap the Text Box!
4. Add the following Event to the button (this could go in the On-click event instead) :
On-mouseover: %[layer_1]%.visibility='visible'
5. Finally untick Layer 1 in the Layers Palette to hide it, and Preview the page in your web browser.
Cheers, Stormdance

Thank you so much for your effort explaning the process. Do you have any sample that I can see? Even if it is one a web-site so I can see the result? That would be great.
Thanks Alex

Well, I tried you suggestion. I can understand how to it works but what I really wanted to do, was to make the drop down to be graphic as well. Since the button is graphic and looks nice, I like to see the drop down to have a similar effect. I tried changing the fonts and color and it looks obvious that there are not part of the same design.
Thanks Alex
