If you need help using the software, and can't find an answer in the solutions forum, then this is the place to ask. Here's a few guidelines:
1. Choose a descriptive subject ('How do I set the page title?' is better than 'Help!').
2. Provide as much relevant information as you can, be polite, and please DON'T SHOUT!
3. If the problem is with a particular page, post a link to the page in question if you can.
4. If someone solves your problem, they'll probably appreciate a quick 'thanks'.
